- Pre-opening Sales and Marketing launch.
- Preparing Pre-Opening plan for publicity, public relations, promotion and Sales and Marketing.
- Preparing operating departmental buy-out lists.
- Preparing guest amenities design and packaging concept.
- Department staff training.
- Comments on staff and departmental uniform design.
Assisting Owner during preparation of the Soft Opening and Grand Opening. The Pre-Opening Services involve the following areas:
