Assisting Owner during preparation of the Soft Opening and Grand Opening. The Pre-Opening Services involve the following areas:

  • Preparing staffing guidelines.
  • Preparing Pre-Opening budget which consist of, Pre-Opening Sales and Marketing, Pre-Opening advertising, promotion and literature and any other activities relating to the Pre-Opening activities.
  • Recruitment of Hotel, Department Managers, Department Staff, daily workers, contract and permanent staff.
  • Preparing operation manuals for all departments of the Hotel
  • Marketing study and strategy.
  • Pre-opening Sales and Marketing launch.
  • Preparing Pre-Opening plan for publicity, public relations, promotion and Sales and Marketing.
  • Preparing operating departmental buy-out lists.
  • Preparing guest amenities design and packaging concept.
  • Department staff training.
  • Comments on staff and departmental uniform design.
