Originally from Jakarta, Budi has more than 30 years’ of experience in Property Consultant, Development & Investment throughout Java Mainland, Bali, Lombok and Sumbawa
He is very confident to successfully manage and operate hospitality projects, maximizing the total return to investors or owners through sustained profitability. Budi is committed to understanding the owner’s goals, for their assets and to develop a comprehensive plan designed in accordance with their investment strategy that will enable them to achieve a high return on their investment.
Corporate General ManagerBringing with him more than 33 years hospitality experience in the area of hotel operation. Nyoman has a passion for keeping the hospitality experience, exciting and energizing for guests and associates alike.
Highly proficient in implementing strategies through process management techniques combined with maximization of RevPAR to exceed profit expectations.
Nyoman was Corporate General Manager of GrandmasHotels.com who involved in Planning, Developing, Pre-open new hotel, Operate and Monitoring the overall hotel operations, prior to this, Nyoman has worked in various companies in Bali including a four star “All Inclusive” Resort in Tanjung Benoa.
Corporate Finance ControllerGraduated from Indonesia Adventist University in Bandung, Hasbeen is multi skilled in Accounting and Finance management aspect of the hotel industry.
Before joining RBhospitality, Hasbeen has held senior executive positions in several hotels in Bali and now responsible for Accounting and Finance activities and Asset management.
His main areas of competency include: Hospitality Accounting and Finance, Tax planning, Investment banking, Investment Advisory and Project Finance

Reporting to the General Manager, Udra is responsible for day-today operation and guest experience at Aleesha Villas which includes plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Villa, Ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the Villa and every aspect of the villa function including overseeing all the staff such as butlers, housekeeping and maintenance while interacting with our guests, making sure they have a superb holiday.

Reporting to the General Manager, Ira is responsible for the overall operation and guest experience at Sanur Art Villas which includes plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Villa, Ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the Villa and every aspect of the villa function including overseeing all the staff such as butlers, housekeeping and maintenance while interacting with our guests, making sure they have a superb holiday
Santhi is responsible in assisting the General Manager in online content management, seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the company´s website and web traffic. Develops direct and semi-direct online channels to check and to improve the Internet presents of all properties under the management of RBhospitality.
Oversees a company's online sales and generating sales through the internet. She is also overseeing and managing a team of web and software developers who contribute to the look and systems of the website, social media accounts and online advertising.
